Phantom Pizza, Game Day Snacks, and TFT #374

Welcome to another Thursday Favorite Things link party.   I'm sitting here today, smelling phantom pizza.

Phantom pizza?  Yes.  I have no idea why, but I'm smelling pizza, and there is none in the house. Maybe I am just craving it because I'm working on some weight loss goals?  Have you ever done that--smelled a food you were craving?  After I write this post, I am going upstairs to find the closest thing to pizza that I can. (Which usually involves a piece of toast with some pizza sauce and cheese, and a broiler, in a pinch!)

For now, though, I'll share my features from last week's party!

Given the phantom pizza I was smelling, I am ready to make this first feature. This pizza recipe sounds especially delicious -- California grilled chicken pizza from A Fun and Frugal Life.

Here's a savory, delicious recipe that would be a perfect dip for a football party.  Hot and cheesy bacon corn dip from Delightful E Made.

And, for some more game day appetizers, don't miss all of these great ones from The Mandatory Mooch.

  1. Hi Pam! I'm numbers 64-66 this week. I'm enjoying cancellations because of the weather, and being able to stay home a little more than usual.

  2. Way to tickle my brain this morning, Pam, with thoughts of Phantom Pizza! Ha! That would be torture since pizza is my kryptonite and I'm always in the mood for it! Your human freezepop blogger is sharing at #90 and #91 - and I only wish these numbers were the temp outdoors since it is a toasty 20 below at the moment! I'm baking someone happy with my posts up for consideration - someone who cannot eat gluten. Hope you enjoy! xox

  4. Pam, thanks for hosting! Some great ideas for game watching this weekend too. Today I've shared posts #128, #129 and #130; all with love and friendship themes including a bridal shower, tea with friends, and how to easily decorate the home and table with red heart ornaments and mini wreaths.
